I'm looking for an apartment in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, New York 11222. If you, or someone you know has a 1 bedroom or a room in a share to rent starting on or around 1 August 2005, keep reading.
About a Boy
So, a little about myself. I work in Brooklyn as an architect. I'm an amateur photographer and artist. I've lived in Boston, San Francisco, and Cincinnati - so I know how important paying rent on time is. I've lived in Greenpoint for about two years, and I really love the neighborhood.
I work from 9am to around 7-8pm also in Brooklyn. I have a girlfriend who lives in Greenpoint.
I don't smoke anything but can tolerate 420 as long as it isn't obscene and doesn't happen in my room. I like pets - dogs, cats, fish.
I'm clean in the common space; the kitchen and bathroom I strive for cleanliness, and I try to keep clean in my own space - this somewhat varies. But I try not to track my crap into the common space or your space.
What I bring
I have some furniture that would go in the common space - the most impressive is a Eames Chase I won in a raffle while living in San Francisco. I have a TV and some odds and ends. Everything else I can fit into the room, or in storage.
What I'm Looking For
I'm looking for either a 1 bedroom or a bedroom in a share. The room should approximately be around 15'-0" square (or so). One of those cool lofts which are opening up around Franklin and Greenpoint would be great.

Particulars
My range is up to about $1000 a month, but I would rather pay around $800 a month.
I would like to move in August 1st if possible or a little before - so that I can manage the move before my lease terminates at the stroke of midnight on 31 July 2005.
